Our studio offers separate male and female changing rooms with toilet, shower and locker facilities.
	The spacious reception area incorporates a comfortable lounge where you can relax and enjoy a hot or cold drink after a workout or sauna.
Our sauna salon is available to members only and is restricted to male only or female only use on alternate days.
