At MRC we have an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment, modern selectomatic resistance machines which are very user friendly, and a selection of free weights.
Our studio offers separate male and female changing rooms with toilet, shower and locker facilities.
	Tanning salon with bed or stand tan cubicle (also available to non-members!)
Our sauna salon is available to members only and is restricted to male only or female only use on alternate days.
	The spacious reception area incorporates a comfortable lounge where you can relax and enjoy a hot or cold drink after a workout, sauna or sunbed session.
