MRC Fitness Studio is a family owned and run business which was established in 1983. The business was started by founder Malcolm Clark and is now in the second generation of ownership, with daughters Lorraine and Martine, who have been involved from the beginning.

MRC is a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA) which strives to promote excellence and best practice in the health and fitness sector.
